Application Notes (Clone): This antibody is a coagulation inhibitor, though displays only weak anticoagulant activity (Rotblat et al, 1983). It has been used as the solid-phase immunoadsorbent in a two-site immunoradiometric assay of Factor VIII:c (Rotblat et al, 1983).When bound to Sepharose columns, this antibody has been used to deplete factor VII:c from plasma through column chromatography (Takase et al, 1987).
