FSD Fluor™ 488 Antibody Labeling Kit

Product Description: GeneTex FSD Fluor™ antibody labeling kits provide a simple and rapid method to covalently label antibodies with FSD Fluor™ NHS ester fluorescent dyes by way of the ε-amino group of lysines. The protocol requires only 10 minutes of hands-on time and the conjugated antibody is ready to use within one hour. The kits can be used with GeneTex antibodies, recombinant proteins, and biomolecules that are in PBS-only buffer or in PBS buffer with up to 20% glycerol.

Application Note: Antibody sample pretreatment (e.g., dialysis, desalting columns) will be required prior to conjugation if the antibody of choice is supplied in a buffer not compatible with the conjugation reaction. Please see the protocol for buffer compatibility, recommended amount and concentration of antibody for labeling reaction.
