Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Western Blot: 1:50-1:100. Recognizes a band at ~95-105kD, representing AHR (molecular weight varies by species and by strain). This antibody may also be used in gel shift assays. Incubation of primary at 4?C overnight with 1 hour NBT/BCIP exposure (100 ug mouse liver cytosol).
