Application Notes (Clone): HA-tag has been used extensively as a general epitope tag in expression vectors, which can be recognised by 16.43 for detection, isolation and purification of recombinant proteins that have been engineered to express the HA-tag. 16.43 has been used to stain for receptor expression in NK cells (Aust 2009).
