Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for the soluble form of CD40. CD40, a type I glycoprotein, is expressed primarily by B cells, macrophages, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells and fibroblasts. Its expression is also associated with a range of tumour cells, including non-Hodgkin's and Hodgkin's lymphomas, myeloma and some carcinomas including nasopharynx, bladder, cervix, kidney and ovary.
Application Notes (Clone): This antibody has been reported to function in ELISA, IHC and WB experiments.
