PowerCHO 2 Serum-free Medium contains HEPES and Pluronic® F-68, but does not contain L-glutamine, phenol red, hypoxanthine, and thymidine. PowerCHO 2 Serum-free Medium is a Chemically Defined, Serum-free CHO Media optimized for both cell growth and protein production. PowerCHO 2 Serum-free Medium is compatible with fed-batch cell culturing by using feeds like eCHO Feed, Power Feed A and CHO Xtreme Feed.
