CLONETICS^™ PRIMARY CELLS AND MEDIA

These cells are fundamentally differentiated, adherent and come mainly from tissue. In culture they retain most of the special structures and functions that cells do in vivo. Clonetics cells are subject to strict quality criteria. All cells are HIV-1, Hepatitis B and C negative and free from mycoplasma contamination. Available either “cryopreserved”, in cell culture flasks or dishes, or as pellets in RNAlater^®.

 

POIETICS^® STEM CELLS AND MEDIA

The Poetics™ stem cells, progenitor cells and media product range include a collection of human and animal cells - obtained from hematopoietic, body fat and neuronal systems.

 

POIETICS^® IMMUNE CELLS AND MEDIA

Poietics®-Primary Human Immune Cells are taken either from the peripheral blood or from the umbilical cord. The purity of the cells removed is checked by means of flow cytometry. The donors are tested for the presence of HIV-1, hepatitis B and C virus.

HEPATOCYTES

Hepatocytes are used in numerous research areas, e.g. metabolism studies, drug-drug interactions, transport studies, toxicity studies, as in-vitro models for various liver diseases or for 3D cell cultures.

• Fresh hepatocytes: suspension or preplated, human or animal
• Cryo hepatocytes: Qualified for suspension or plated applications, human or animal
• Cryo NPCs (Non-Parenchymal Cells): Kupffer cells, Stellate cells (Stern cells)
• NoSpin HepaRG ™: Hepatocyte-like cell line, high reproducibility, fully differentiated, cryopreserved
• Suitable special media
