Ramucirumab Biosimilar - Research Grade

Target: VEGFR2.

Specificity: Detects human VEGFR2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Ramucirumab.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background: Ramucirumab is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2. ramucirumab has an approximate molecular weight of 147 kDa. ramucirumab is produced in genetically engineered mammalian CHO cells.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

Endotoxin: ≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.
