Specificity: Anti-CD3e In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin (500A2) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD3ε.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution: The CD3 complex is present on thymocytes and mature T-lymphocytes of all mouse strains tested.

Background: CD3 subunits gamma, delta and epsilon are required for proper assembly, trafficking and surface expression of the TCR complex.

Immunogen: Mouse T-cell receptor.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.

Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

Endotoxin: ≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.

Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 1%.
