Specificity: Anti-CD8 In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin (YTS-169) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD8.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution: Present on the surface of most thymocytes and a subpopulation of mature T-lymphocytes which include most T suppressor/cytotoxic cells.1 CD8 participates in T-cell activation through its association with the T-cell receptor complex and protein tyrosine kinase lck.

Immunogen: CBA mouse thymocytes.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.

Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
