Clone: HDB-4A7.

Specificity: Anti-IFN beta In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin (HDB-4A7) recognizes an epitope on Mouse IFN-beta and binds specifically to murine IFNbeta and does not bind murine IFNg or several different IFNa species (a-1,4,5 or 13); HDb-4A7 binds both recombinant and natural forms.

Purification method: This antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Immunogen: Plasmid DNA encoding murine IFNb.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml.

Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

Endotoxin: ≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.

Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 1%.
