Specificity: Anti-Ly-6G In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin (1A8) recognizes an epitope on Mouse Ly-6G. Unlike clone RB6-8C5 antibody, the 1A8 antibody reacts specifically with mouse Ly6G with no reported cross-reactivity with Ly6C.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution: Expressed on the majority of myeloid cells in bone marrow and peripheral granulocytes.

Background: Ly-6G is a 21-25 kD GPI-anchored protein, is expressed on the majority of myeloid cells in bone marrow and peripheral granulocytes.

Immunogen: Mouse Ly-6G transfected EL-4J cell line.

Concentration: ≥ 2.0 mg/ml.

Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.

Endotoxin: ≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.

Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 1%.
