Monoclonal antibody to human 515 kDa heavy chain of LRP. Useful marker for the characterization of a subset of myelo-monocytic subtypes of chronic and acute leukemia (CD91). Blocks cellular-mediated uptake of alpha 2 macroglobulin trypsin complex by LRP1. Use WI-38 fibroblast as positive control and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) as negative control.
