Bone marrow is collected from healthy donors following IRB protocols. MNCs are depleted of CD34+ cells by immunomagnetic isolation and collected in a cryovial. This product contains non-CD34+ cells including B and T cell populations. Use this product as a starting point for further isolations where CD34 cells are not a target. Cells are cryopreserved with Lonza Cryo Media in a cryovial. Count and viability are determined using AO/PI.
