The Gen5 Spot Counting module adds powerful cellular analysis capabilities to Gen5 Image Prime, allowing users to analyze intracellular objects of interest (“spots”) in either a primary or a secondary cellular mask, as shown in the images above.
The Gen5 Spot Counting module requires Gen5 Image Prime or Gen5 Secure Image Prime.
