Product Description: BpV(pic) potassium hydrate is a PTEN inhibitor with IC50 31 nM. BpV(pic) potassium hydrate is also an insulin simulator that activates insulin receptor kinase in cultured liver cancer cells, stimulates adipogenesis in adipocytes, and inhibits the dephosphorylation of autophosphorylated insulin receptors and epidermal growth factor receptors in rat hepatosomes[1][2].
Applications: Metabolism-sugar/lipid metabolism
Formula: C6H8K2NO9V3 2-
