Murine Anti-Factor VIII Clone GMA-012

GMA-012 is an A2 domain specific antibody that binds Factor VIII by Western blot, solid-phase ELISA, and immunoprecipitation. It is also used for affinity purification of Factor VIII from plasma. GMA-012 is frequently cited in literature under the name of R8B12. It pairs well with GMA-8016 for sandwich ELISA. Wakabayashi, H et al. describes a sandwich ELISA of GMA-012 with GMA-8002 in reference 7.
