Purification Method: Egg-yolk derived IgY Affinity Purified.

Source: A donkey was immunized with highly purified chicken IgY. The resulting anti-IgY Fc was affinity purified from a IgY Fc fragment column. The affinity purified antibodies were conjguated to biotin.

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline‚ pH 7.2‚ 50% glycerol with 0.01% Thimerosal.
