Product Description: Esmolol acid (ASL-8123) hydrochloride is a weak β-adrenergic receptor antagonist. Esmolol acid hydrochloride inhibits the heart rate and diastolic blood pressure response induced by Isoproterenol (HY-B0468) in a dose-dependent manner and can be used in studies of renal failure[1][2].
