Background: 10 buffer tablets in 1000 ml distilled water give a 10 mM PBS solution pH 7.3. Phosphate buffer tablets for isotonic PBS phosphate buffered saline for universal application in IHC, WB, ELISA.

Purification Method: 100 tablets.
