Background: KLF14 is a member of the KrŸppel-like factor family of transcription factors. It regulates the transcription of various genes, including TGF RII (the type II receptor for TGF ). KLF14 is expressed in many tissues, lacks introns, and is subject to parent-specific expression.

Positive Control: Human tonsil.

Immunogen: Synthetic peptide derived from the human KLF14 protein.

Purification Method: Antigen Immunoaffiinity Purification.
