Additional info: M8I-74 reacts with an internal epitope of MRP8 (ABCC11), an approximately 150 kD transmembrane protein that is related to the multidrug resistance protein MRP1. M8I-74 was raised against a bacterial fusion protein of human MRP8, containing amino acids 1-83 of the protein.
