Background: TNF-related activation-induced cytokine (TRANCE; also RANKL, OPGL, and ODF) is a 35 kDa (predicted) type II transmembrane glycoprotein and member of the TNF cytokine family. Human TRANCE is 317 amino acids (aa) in length and contains a 47 aa cytoplasmic region, a 21 aa transmembrane region, and a 249 extracellular domain (ECD), which contains two potential sites of N-linked glycosylation.
Immunogen: Recombinant Human RANKL / OPGL / TNFSF11 / CD254 Protein
Buffer: 0.2 μm filtered solution in PBS
Dilution: WB 1:500-1:2000;
Calculated MW: 35 kDa
Observed MW: 42 kDa
