CloneID: D1
Antigen Long Description: D1 was prepared by isolating anti-p24 scFvs from a phage display library made from a mouse immunized with lysate from HIV-1 infected H9 cells.
Buffer Composition: PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.
Available Custom Conjugation Options: AP, HRP, Fluorescein, APC, PE, Biotin Type A, Biotin Type B, Streptavidin, FluoroProbes 647H, Atto488, APC/Cy7, PE/Cy7
Uniprot Accession No.: P02769
Specificity Statement: D1 has been shown to bind to BSA in panning experiments from phage display. Albumin is a secreted globular protein found in blood plasma and BSA has multiple biochemical applications including ELISAs and immunohistochemistry and is able to increase the stability of proteins and be used as a standard in Bradford assays.
Application Notes (Clone): D1 was selected for by panning where it reacted postiively on BSA. D1 can also be used as a control in IP and when working with native proteins when conducting studies within a BSA medium.
