Application Notes (Clone): The binding of the original version of this antibody (VHH) to EGFR was characterized in an SPR (K_D 0.012 nM), ELISA, (EC₅₀ of 71.0 nM), and FACS (EC₅₀ of 0.79 nM). In its bi-specific construction with Ab04388 (Anti-CEACAM5 [NbCEA5]), it served a functional role (US20220242958).
