Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for the threefold plateau of the canyon of CVA16.

Application Notes (Clone): The original antibody was used for a neutralization assay against CVA16 in human rhabdomyosarcoma. Further an ELISA was performed on 16 strains of CVA16. The structure of this antibody was determined using cryo-EM (He et al., 2020; PMID:32027857).
