Application Notes (Clone): The structure of the original antibody was determined using cryo-EM (Strauss et al., 2017; PMID:27852863). The binding strength of the original antibody to poliovirus antigens was determined using surface plasmon resonance (Thys et al., 2011; PMID:21371506).
