Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for Human parechovirus 3 strain A308/99.
Application Notes (Clone): The structure of the original antibody was determined using cryo-EM. This antibody was used for a neutralization assay on human HT29 cells with HPeV3 as infectant (Domanska et al., 2019; PMID:30463974), on Vero cells with HPeV3 as infectant (Shakeel et al., 2016; PMID:27435188), and on LLCMK2 cells with HPeV3 as infectant. This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on HT29 cells infected with HPeV3 (Kareletho et al., 2017; PMID:28935894).
