Antigen Long Description: An antibody phage display library was constructed from RNA extracted from lymph node cells of a simian immunodeficiency virus (SIV)-infected long-term-nonprogressor macaque. The original antibody was isolated by selection of the library against SIV monomeric gp120.

Application Notes (Clone): The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody demonstrated neutralizing activity against the homologous molecularly cloned virus SIVsmH4 and the homologous virus SIVsmB670 (Glamann et al., 1998; PMID: 9420262).
