Antigen Long Description: The original antibody was generated by immunizing dromedaries with the trimeric subtype C gp140 SOSIPs followed by antibody library construction and phage display-based selection.

Application Notes (Clone): The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by competition ELISA analysis. The structure of the antibody was determined. The antibody was able to neutralize subtype C of HIV (Koch et al. 2017; pmid:28827559).
