Antigen Long Description: The original antibody was generated by panning against HAV593-684 construct.

Chimeric Use Statement: This reformatted human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human Fab format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.

Specificity Statement: The L1 motif constitutes the binding site for the antibody (A603-U604-U605-U606; U671-U672-A673-U674-G675). Further, one nucleotide (G631) from loop L2 also interacts with the antibody, but this interaction likely has little influence on the stability and conformation of the complex.

Application Notes (Clone): The antibody was tested for binding to target RNA using phage ELISA. The antibody binds to dV with good affinity, with a dissociation constant (Kd) of 44 ± 8 nM. (PMID: 31399592)
