Antigen Long Description: The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with HLA-A201 with EBV (strain B95-8) LMP2A (CLGGLLTMV) 426-434 recombinant protein.

Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for the HLA-A0201/EBV-LMP2 (CLGGLLTMV) peptide complex.

Application Notes (Clone): The binding characterization of this antibody towards HLA-A02:01 EBV-LMP2A complex was done using flow cytometry. The binding of the antibody was tested against peptide pulsed HLA expressing human cell lines using flow cytometry. This antibody was capable of binding EBV LMP2 peptide (CLGGLLTMV) expressed on HLA-A0201, HLA-A0206 and HLA-A0207. This antibody was used for the immunohistochemical staining of EBV infected-HLA-A0201 positive nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) biopsies (WO2015199618).
