Application Notes (Clone): This antibody inhibits the interactions of IL-12 and IL-23 with the cell surface IL-12Rβ1 receptor and has been evaluated in phase I, II, and III trials as a treatment for immune-mediated diseases such as psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and ulcerative colitis (Elliott et al., 2009; PMID: 20074279) (Sands et al., 2019; PMID: 31553833).
