Application Notes (Clone): The specificity of the antibody for IR was determined by ELISA analysis. The antibody was an insulin receptor agonist at 3nM and 30nM concentrations. The antibody significantly reduced fed blood glucose levels in C57BL/6 lean and DIO mice.
