Specificity Statement: OX-20 binds specifically to mouse kappa light chain of immunoglobulins. Kappa light chains are found in 95% of mouse Igs with lambda light chains being found in other antibodies. Kappa and lambda chains differ slightly in amino acids residue composition.
Application Notes (Clone): OX-20 can be used for WB, IP and FC studies.
