Specificity Statement: This antibody recognizes and binds chicken Newcastle disease virus (NDV). NDV is an avian disease causing a deadly infection in many domestic and wild bird species; it is transmissible to humans. In humans, NDV causes mild flu-like symptoms or conjunctivitis and/or laryngitis.

Application Notes (Clone): The binding characterization of this antibody to Newcastle disease virus was done using ELISA (CN102746398).
