Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for MTase (methyltransferase) domain of the genome polyprotein of the Sudan ebolavirus.

Application Notes (Clone): The structure of the original antibody was determined using cryo-EM and x-ray crystallography. This antibody was used for ELISA on SUDV Mtase. Further this antibody was used for immunoprecipitation on the Mtase protein (Valle et al., 2021; PMID:33503246).
