CloneID: AbAb-ROR1
Antigen Long Description: The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with recombinant human ROR1.
Buffer Composition: PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.
Available Custom Conjugation Options: AP, HRP, Fluorescein, APC, PE, Biotin Type A, Biotin Type B, Streptavidin, FluoroProbes 647H, Atto488, APC/Cy7, PE/Cy7
Uniprot Accession No.: Q01973
Specificity Statement: This antibody binds the human ROR1. ROR1 is a type I membrane protein and belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. It is a pseudo kinase that lacks catalytic activity. Receptor tyrosine kinase ROR1 plays an essential role in embryogenesis and is overexpressed in many types of malignant tumors. Antibody-based immunotherapies targeting ROR1 have been developed and evaluated in preclinical and clinical studies with promising outcomes.
Application Notes (Clone): This antibody can recognize recombinant human ROR1 protein in an ELISA. This antibody was capable of detecting human ROR1 from A2780 and Iose386 cell lysates in a western blot. The binding of this antibody to ROR1 expressed on the surface of human ovarian cancer A2780 and Iose386 cells was determined using flow cytometry. It was reported that this antibody can also effectively bind and detect human ROR1 in immunofluorescent staining of human ovarian cancer cell A2780 and Iose386 cells (CN107827984).
