Activity: DAPT is a potent and specific inhibitor of gamma-secretase. This reduces antibody levels in-vivo in plasma and cerebrospinal fluid. It blocks the proteolytic processing of neurotrophin receptor alike death domain protein (NRADD).

Effect: DAPT causes neural cells to commit to neuronal differentiation.
