Specificity: Detects human CD38. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Daratumumab.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background: Daratumumab biosimilar is an immunoglobulin G1 kappa (IgG1κ) human monoclonal antibody against CD38 antigen, produced in a mammalian cell line (Chinese Hamster Ovary [CHO]) using recombinant DNA technology. The molecular weight of daratumumab is approximately 148 kDa.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
