Specificity: Detects human PCSK9. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Evolocumab.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background: Evolocumab biosimilar is a human monoclonal immunoglobulin G2 (IgG2) directed against human proprotein convertase subtilisin kexin 9 (PCSK9). Evolocumab biosimilarhas an approximate molecular weight (MW) of 144 kDa and is produced in genetically engineered mammalian (Chinese hamster ovary) cells.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
