Application: Useful for studying expression of human EGFR on the cell surface by flow cytometry.
Assay Conditions: One million Human EGFRvIII CHO K1 cells (#78145-H) were blocked and stained with 1 µg of Anti-EGFR Antibody, FITC-Labeled (#102700) for 30 minutes on ice, washed three times, and analyzed by flow cytometry. Human EGFRvIII CHO K1 cells (green) were compared to parental CHO-K1 cells (blue). Y-axis represents the cell count, while X-axis shows FITC intensity.
