Applications: Useful as a control inhibitor of PD-1 binding using the PD-1:PD-L1[Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening Assay Kit, BPS Bioscience, Catalog #72003.

Assay Conditions: Antibody was added to PD-1[Biotinylated]:PD-L1 or PD-1[Biotinylated]:PD-L2 binding assay at various concentrations. Assay was performed according to the protocol in BPS Cat. #72005 or #72006, respectively.

Description: Neutralizing recombinant murine/human chimeric antibody recognizing the PD-L1/PD-L2 binding region of human PD-1. This antibody does not cross-react with mouse PD-1, but does cross-react with monkey (M. fascicularis) PD-1. It has not been tested with other species.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: 40 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol

Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.

Storage Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
