Applications: Useful for labeling cells expressing TIM-3 for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence microscopy.

Assay Conditions: Tim3-biotin (BPS Bioscience #7123) was titrated from 0 to 300 nM with a 3-fold dilution series in presence of 0 and 1000 ng/well of immobilized anti-Tim3 (BPS Bioscience #79098) and incubated for 1 hour at RT. Binding was detected with Streptavidin-HRP (BPS Bioscience #79742) and ELISA ECL Substrate (BPS Bioscience #79670).

Cross Reactivity: This antibody has not been tested for cross-reactivity with any other species.
