Furthermore, this low endotoxin Human IgG4 antibody is suitable for in vivo applications. This Human IgG4 isotype control contains the S228P mutation.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
