Applications: Useful for the detection of CD3 and binding to immune cells expressing CD3 on their surface.
Assay Conditions: IL-2 luciferase Jurkat reporter cells were incubated with anti-CD3 (BPS Cat. No 71274) in SF-RPMI for 24 hours. BPS luciferase reagent was added and luminescence was quantified. RLU = Relative Luminescence Unit normalized to wells with RPMI only.
Description: Recombinant human antibody recognizing the CD3 binding region on immune cells.
Format: Aqueous buffer solution
Formulation: 8 mM phosphate, pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl, and 20% glycerol.
Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.
Storage Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
