Assay Conditions: Inhibition of GITR:GITRL interaction with anti-GITR antibody (BPS Bioscience,#79053) through GITR:GITRL TR-FRET Assay Kit (BPS Bioscience #79054). Data in the graphs are expressed as FRET ratios.

Description: Anti-GITR recombinant human antibody recognizing the GITRL binding region of human GITR. This antibody has not been tested for cross-reactivity with any other species.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: 8 mM Na Phosphate pH 7.4, 110 mM NaCl, 2.2 mM KCl and 20% glycerol

Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.

Storage Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.
