Target: CD45R.
Clone: RA3-6B2.
Specificity: Anti-CD45R In Vivo Antibody - Ultra Low Endotoxin (RA3-6B2) recognizes the B-cell determinant (Mr 220 kD) of the CD45 molecule.
Antigen Distribution: The CD45R antigen is present on mouse B-cells, B-cell precursors, T cell subset, NK cell subsets .
Background: CD45R, also known as B220 is a 220 kDa transmembrane protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on B cells and some subsets of T and NK cells. This antibody is commonly used as a B cell marker as CD45R does play a critical role in TCR and BCR signaling.
Immunogen: Abelson murine leukemia virus-induced pre-B tumor cells.
Concentration: ≥ 2.0 mg/ml.
Formulation: No carrier proteins or preservatives added in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl.
Purity: >98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
Endotoxin: ≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method.
Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 1%.
