Applications: Useful for labeling cells expressing PD-1 for flow cytometry and immunofluorescence microscopy.

Assay Conditions: For flow cytometry, we recommend incubating cells on ice for 30 minutes with and 1 - 20 µg/ml of RPE anti-human PD-1 antibody.

Concentration: 5.14 mg/ml

Description: R-Phycoerythrin-labeled anti-PD-1 neutralizing recombinant murine/human chimeric antibody recognizing the PD-L1/PD-L2 binding region of human PD-1. This antibody does not cross-react with mouse PD-1, but does cross-react with monkey (M. fascicularis) PD-1. It has not been tested with other species.

Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.

Storage Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C.
