Specificity Statement: This antibody binds to circulating human IgE and does not cross react with receptor-bound IgE. This antibody also cross reacts with cynomolgus monkey IgE.

Application Notes (Clone): The original IgG2 antibody binds human IgE with a binding affinity of 158 pM. The reactivity of this antibody with human IgE and cynomolgus monkey IgE was checked using ELISA (US7867494).
